Amaryllidiaceae is a familiy of 60 genus, which includes Agave, Amarillys, Clivia, Crinum, Eucharius, Haemanthus, Narcissus, Nerine, Valotta, and Zephyranthes.


Begonia is a perennial plant which is part of the Begoniaceae family. There are more then 1500 species of Begonias and a lot more hybrids. The species of Begonia come from all continents from South and Central America to Asia and Africa, growing in moist climates from subtropic and tropic.
Begonias could be divided in two groups: begonias with ornamental flowering and begonias with decorative foliage.


Gesneriaceae is a big family consisting of 250 genera with 3200 species, the most familiar members of the family are:  Achimenes, Aeschynanthus, Alsobia, Chirita, Columnea, Episcia, Gesneria, Gloxinella, Kohleria, Nematanthus, Petrocosmea, Saintpaulia, Sinningia, Smithiantha, Streptocarpus.


Hibiscus is a genus of flowering plants which are native to warm temperate, subtropical and tropical regions. This genus contains several hundred species. The genus includes annual and perennial herbaceous plants, woody shrubs and small trees. In temperate zones, the most commonly grown ornamental species is Hibiscus syriacus, the common garden Hibiscus. The Chinese hibiscus (H. rosa-sinensis) with its many showy hybrids, is the most popular hibiscus in tropical and subtropical areas.


Sinningia is a flowering genus of Gesneriaceae family which is very spread among growers.




Fuchsias are flowering shrubs and small trees.There are almost 110 recognized species of Fuchsia. The majority are native to South America, but also to Central America, and Mexico. Of great interest are the present hybrids of fuchsia.


The genus of Hoya is part of Apocynaceae family and contains 200-300 species. Hoya is a tropical plant native to southern Asia, Australia, and Polynasia. It is often called waxflower. Hoya is becoming more popular in our houses, because of its exotic flowers and often with fine fragranses.
